Conditions of entry
The Biennial Exhibition comprises of two categories of participants:

(a) INVITEE CATEGORY: Print makers arc directly invited to send two prints
of their own choice to be exhibited. Prints of the invited artists will not be
subjected to a scrutiny but will be put before the jury for the consideration of
the awards.

(b) OPEN CATEGORY: The print makers, from any country in the world, may
send upto three prints which will be submitted for the selection by a panel of
international jury.

Awards
There will be four Bharat Bhavan Grand Prize Awards of Rs. 50,000 each in Indian currency. The Jury at its discretion may also declare "Honourable Mention Certificate Awards" as well.
Lalit kala Akademi New Delhi , will give two awards of Rs. 50,000 each.
Works
All prints are to be the original creation and should not have been executed
before the year 2003.

All the prints are to be sent unmounted and rolled in a strong card-board mailing tube by the Registered Mail only. The mailing tube has to have a maximum length of 80 em. and diameter 10 cm.

Entry fees
1.Artists participating from foreign countries : 100 US Dollars.
2.Artists participating from India -Rs 250/-

Catalogue with all exhibited works is published.
